<div class="float-group">

I LOL'ed hard at one of the first slides stating "Everyone gets AI" as it reminded me of this meme from the olden days of the internet: "You get a car, and you get a car."

The moats summarized as questions for the founder:

Who's built their business, or their career, around recommending you?

Do you hold the definitive record of the work, or just a view of it?

Do you take the action, or just recommend it?

Do customers trust your output enough that they don't check it?

What approval do you hold that a newcomer has to wait for?

Who has to agree to replace you: a person, a team, or a whole community?

Does one customer's experience make your product smarter for the next one?

What do you maintain that you resent maintaining?

</div>

But I do recommend watching the full talk for the structured approach to what "AI will come for your SaaS" actually means, laid out as 10 attacks.
