Gatsby + Fathom Analytics = new open-source plugin from yours truly

Hello there,

You know I like privacy, and you might remember I use Fathom Analytics as an alternative to Google Analytics. So this week, I made it easier for you to add Fathom Analytics to a Gatsby site.

It is my second open-source plugin for Gatsby; a framework for making websites and web apps that I have played around with since early 2018 and use for the app portion of POW! The marketing site is Squarespace 🤫
