A fall spent delegating?

Hey,

it’s me again 👋

The school year just started here in Norway, so I have been taking a closer look at my plans for fall 🍂

And I just have to bite the bullet, take a hard look at what I must do, and then take the time to delegate the rest.

Because it takes time to delegate.

Time I am often reluctant to spend, even though I know its worth it.

A delegated task done well feels like magic!

And doing the work leading up to delegating, long(ish) term planning, creating tasks, and defining the goals often do wonders for my own work on a project as well.

So this fall I will delegate more, I will, I promise 🤪

Are you good at delegation?
Yes, please send me your best tips!
No, let me know, and I will share with you the advice I hopefully get!

Until next week, Benedicte
